LuxonPay Limits – Overview
(LuxonPay Limits – partially verified)
Limits are a big topic for many customers, but also a topic not easy to answer in general.
Personal accounts limits depends on two main factors:
- the status of your verification,
- your VIP level,
- your country of residence.
You can check your personal limits directly from within your LuxonPay account overview. In case your limits are too low for you we recommend to first check your verification status. In case your account was not fully verified yet (ID and address verification) you should proceed with it. Partially verified accounts have really low limits and should be the first step to activate higher limits.

Limits still not high enough?
If your LuxonPay Limits are still not high enough you have 2 options:
- Increase your VIP level,
- Contact LuxonPay Support Team.
Active clients might be allowed to get their personal limits increased. Just get in touch with their support team and ask for higher limits.
Especially for higher VIPs there is the best chance to some special limits.
