There are two options to request your VIP upgrade. You can use the “My Referrals” page or the “VIP Upgrades” page of your eWO Dashboard. Let’s have a look at both options to guide you through the process:

Upgrade through “My Referral” page

2. Verify your NETELLER account after creating by uploading your documents from within your NETELLER account
   (with us no deposit or webcam is needed. You can directly upload).
3. Login to your eWO Dashboard and go the “My Referrals” page.
4. Choose the accounts you want to upgrade and just click on the “Request VIP” button.
5. Your accounts will be upgraded to VIP within 24 hours (except for Sunday) and you can find the confirmation in your Update Feed afterwards.

Upgrade through “VIP Upgrades”

3. Login to your eWO Dashboard and go the “VIP Upgrades” page.
4. Choose the accounts you want to upgrade and just click on it.
   In addition, you can also use the selector on the top of the table to select all accounts created within the last 7 days to request them all at once.
5. Click the “Send for Approval” button at the bottom of the table after selecting your accounts to send the requests.
6. Your accounts will be upgraded to VIP within 24 hours (except for Sunday) and you can find the confirmation in your Update Feed afterwards.
